Im a 20 year old college student...with no credit at all...What credit card can i get with a good apr?

Also i want it to have a good limit..NO annual fee...and also am curious to exactly what a finance charge is... they all say $1...if i pay off the balance every month that wont take effect right....and what kinda apr should be acceptable for me to take... is 8.99% good enough.. jus some info cause i want to build my credit
