if you request proof of the credit bureau's vertification, are they to provide the requested info?

when you request copies of the reinvestigsted info and the person who vertified the credit file update to the credit bureau's, are the credit bureau's obligated to provide this information..

so what do you do when a credit file contains no change, but they say the vertified and updated the information?
