im having trouble opening a savings account can you help?

I need help with chex system.I cant open a savings acct becuse of info they have on me.I am unable to contact them and with this im having trouble just cashing my payroll check.im recently divorced and my wife had something on her but i dont know what the deal is with me,what cani do?
