If you are to have a payment automatically debited from your account, what time of day does it do so?

I have a vehicle payment coming out on the 6th of the month (tomorrow). I forgot to put my check in the bank today :( - I will put in first thing in the morning . . . So will the payment be debited in the early a. m. tomorrow or will it post at Midnight, giving me time to have my paycheck post? Anyone who knows the answer will help me sleep better tonight!! Thanks!
